Learn about sparking wine by understanding how grapes, winemaking, choices, and even where the grapes are grown influence the final product.

We will embark on a journey through France, Italy, and Spain, tasting, learning, and comparing sparking wine from two regions within each of those countries. Two French using different grapes and with different climates. Two Italian with VERY different grapes, environments, and methods. Two Spanish wines with similar grapes and climates but very different methods.
